30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your delivery date. We’ll refund the full purchase price of the product, minus original shipping costs.
Unopened Products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Opened Products
We understand that sometimes a supplement just isn’t the right fit for your body. If you’ve opened and tried the product but it didn’t meet your expectations, you may still request a refund within 30 days — we may ask for the bottle to be returned or for a photo showing remaining product, at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund

2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions (if needed) or refund confirmation.
3. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Refunds for subscription shipments follow the same 30-day policy above. To cancel or manage your subscription, log into your account or contact us directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Situations
